In contrast to a typical culinary school the meals prepared in class are provided for guests staying at Mami Camilla. The students get the benefit of learning to cook in larger quantities. Each meal consists of four courses: Antipasto, First course, Second course, and Dessert.
Chef will provide a brief overview of the daily cuisine and the number of guests for each evening. They will be given a book of recipes and are encouraged to take notes during demonstration. He will demonstrate proper technique and Italian cooking syles. Hands on participation occurs daily and jobs are delegated to students according to their ability.
