Our Italian language courses offer a wonderful opportunity to experience the spirit of Italian culture and cuisine. Indeed, our school offers special Italian courses for groups of culinary students and for tourists from al over the world.
These courses offer not only the study of the spoken Italian language and the study of the kitchen language but also a wide kind of cultural activities such as interactive lessons and daily trips to factories to discover and live the tradition of this wonderful part of Italy.
The courses vary according to the language program but all are based on communication.
Students have the possibility to practice the four fundamental functions of the language: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Particular attention, however, is given to conversation. Space is for students. The teacher does not abandon the students who achieve independence in their knowledge day by day. They are not inactive, but actors who play a key role. Space is a dynamic part where the student has the opportunity to speak with other students and the teacher is part of that group. Obviously this method includes the study of the rules of Italian syntax and grammar, which are important to learn a foreign language but alone are not enough to achieve a real knowledge in the language.
