Seven days among Italian Culture: Italian Language and Cooking Classes.
Program for minimum: 1 person up to 12 persons
Theme: Learn the Italian Language, Mediterranean Cooking, Art and Culture
Day 1: Transfer Naples/Sorrento
Upon arrival our car/minivan and private English speaking guide will bring you to Sorrento.
Your accommodation will be in a very nice family style bed and breakfast or spacious bright room at Hotel Soleluna where you will find a comfortable bedroom with independent bathroom offering absolute peace and tranquillity. At leisure, you will be able to discover the little town of Sorrento an experience rich in surprises.
At dinner time you will enjoy the real Italian culture at first hand.
Day 2: - Your first Italian and cookery.
After breakfast, you will go to your first Italian Language class, where you will meet your Italian teacher and eventually your classmates.
Free time for lunch. Our guide will accompany you with car-minivan to the small marine town of "Positano" to see the unique view of the Amalfi coast, where you will experience the natural beauty of this area.
Return to Mami Camilla where you will start your first hands on cooking class preparing a complete menu including appetizer, first and second courses and pastry.
Day 3: - Your second Italian class and cookery class.
After your second Language class. You will return to Mami Camilla where you will enjoy your second cookery class and dinner.
Day 4: - Your third Italian class excursion in Pompeii and cookery class
After your Italian class you will travel on the train with your group to reach Pompeii, less than half an hour away, to visit the fascinating excavations of the Roman town buried by a volcanic eruption in 79 AD.
Then your last cookery class prepararing appetizers, fresh fish in a particular way, such as how to marinate fresh Mediterranean anchovies, salmon and swordfish.
For the dessert we will have a mouth-watering ice cream with a typical taste of limoncello.
Day 5: - Your fourth Italian class, and an excursion around the local attractions.
After your Italian class you will go to visit the village of Massa Lubrense and Sant'Agata, where you can admire the view of "due golfi" the Bays of Naples and Salerno with views of Capri, Ischia and Li Galli. From the hills you will reach the quaint little village of Marina della Lobra , where you sit down for a coffee or tea in front of a breathtaking sunset. Return to Mami Camilla for dinner with the family.
Day 6: - Your last Italian class.
Today you will attend your last Italian class. Mami Camilla will arrange a Sorrento dinner to celebrate the end of your Italian experience.
Day 7: - Transfer back to Naples.
Mami Camilla will present you a apron and recipe book.
Private transfer to Naples airport.
At this point we will say "Arriverderci" and "Buon viaggio"!
