This class is for people who wish to have the maximum flexibility, you can arrange to join a daily scheduled group-class.
Mostly recommended for single travellers, small family group, couple, friends group and any one who loves the great food and want to acquire the knowledge of making it. The attendance is limited for 9 students and will run a set menu per day.
You will enjoy learning to prepare a three course meal, including a pastry
with our chief chef in an informal atmosphere.The class last for between 2 and 4 hours dependent upon the dishes set for that day.
The class is structured part “hands on” part demonstration, taking notes, etc, depending on your skills and background.
You will meet other people who enjoy to cook and learn the Neapolitan and Mediterranean cuisine and end enjoying the food prepared as a Neapolitan family style dinner.
