The attendance is limited for 8 people and will run a set menu per day. You will enjoy learning to prepare a three course meal, including a pastry with our chief chef in an informal atmosphere. The class is structured part “hands on” part demonstration, taking notes, etc, depending on the students skills and background. You will meet other people who enjoy to cook and learn the Neapolitan and Mediterranean cuisine. These classes last for between 3 and 4 hours dependent upon the dishes set for that day. You will also have the pleasure of eating the food you prepare during your class. The price of the course is referred to in our price list.
