Our cooking school is surrounded by a small idyllic garden that permits us to carry out different types of typical Mediterranean agricultural practices in particular: aromas, essence, and flowers.
The vegetables supplied to Mami Camilla cooking School, are growth and harvested by our farmer just before the preparation of the meal.
Our farmer, which garden is located 5 minutes by walk from Mami Camilla cooking school, is able to create a special kind of vegetable with incomparable tastes, colours, smells, and unique fragrance. He took care of his flora since all his life, carrying on culture passed from his parents, preserving one of the last most attractive and characteristic garden that reflects the typical vegetation of the area.
We operate mainly with seasonal and fresh ingredient, putting into practice our belief in the importance of top selected choice - raw materials for the preparation of various traditional Neapolitan and Mediterranean dishes.
Those interested can enrol in Bio organic cooking course to learn how to prepare the land, sow the seeds, follow the growth of the plant until it is ripe and ready to be picked.
