a)100% upon arrival:
Once you’ve completed the booking request you will receive a “confirmation form” for your final approval. This has to be accepted and dispatched by fax or by scanner e-mail your credit cards details such as: (owner, address, credit card type, number, expiration date). These will be shown under the “no show policy clause”, where you’ll authorize us to debit the 50% of the “confirmation form” value in case of non arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Within 21 days before the arrival. All cancellations must be received by fax. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.
Luggage:
Luggage is brought at the owner’s own risk and Mami Camilla’s is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
Complaints:
If the case of complaints. Any complaints must be made before the end of your stay. After this time they cannot be honoured. |
