Our course strictly involves the use of the products produced in our own garden and those harvested, prepared and preserved by our farmer, who can guarantee the use of just pure high quality raw material. The class are structured in two session, for a total of six classes. Three of these are developed in the farm where the farmer will talk with you generally about the Mediterranean agricultural scene, the seasons, the type of vegetables and fruit semination and harvesting, how to prepare the earth and how to respect this to benefit productive results.
The three remaining classes will be operated in the kitchen of Mami Camilla, where the products picked the day before from the field and those preserved and provided by our farmer, plus some other bio ingredients, such as marine salt, flours, cereals, seeds, etc. will be combined in traditional genuine meals.
