1 month = The tuition in Neapolitan and Mediterranean Culinary arts
After the first weekend from your arrival, the program will start with 4 intensive week with the target of providing you a complete knowledge on the production of fresh made pasta, all sauces, vegetables cooking styles, marinating techniques for fish, meat braising etc. A particular attention will be made to the importance of the Mediterranean diet and its healthy content, with emphasis on the simplicity in combining the natural ingredients.
2nd and 3rd month = the Internship site:
At this time of the program you will step in one of our affiliated restaurants or hotel.
There will be a meeting with the hotel and /or restaurant manager, to evaluate the level and progress that has been reached. We will discuss with you, either the hours you still need to complete, in how many working weekly shift you desire to pursuit it, to match your Internship ending day.
Watching and preparing dishes for clients in this environment, is a precious experience for your future and a great note in your resume.
