Once you’ve completed the application form, Our Career Services department will prepare your final enrolment and confirmation form, which will contain the following terms and condition. You will need to approve, by singing the enrolment and returning it by fax.
Payment: is to be made when you arrive. In the enrolment form you will find a blank space, write here your credit card details, so that you’ll authorize us to debit in case of late cancellation, late modification or non arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and modification (including early departure)
Cancellation and modification must be directly communicated to Mami Camilla, by fax or by registered post.
Cancellation and modification notification received between the arrival day and 10 days prior to the arrival allow the hotel to charge the 50% as deposit of the original booking value.
Late cancellation and modification notification received between 11 and 20 days prior to the arrival allow the hotel to charge the 25% as deposit of the original booking value.
Late cancellation and modification notification received between 21 and 30 days prior to the arrival allow the hotel to charge the 12% as deposit of the original booking value.
Complaint:
In the event of any dissatisfaction, the student must make the complaint directly with the hotel management before the end of their stay.
Security:
Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. We take the privacy of your personal data very serious. Your personal information will only be used to process your reservation.
No-show:
If the student does not show and there is no proof of cancellation made within the terms and conditions required by the hotel. The hotel has the authority to charge your credit card as deposit for the sum to the maximum percentage detailed above in section A.
The proof of the cancellation could be either the email which follows the modification and the cancellation function or a fax sent directly to the hotel with attached receipt or by registered post.
In case of anticipated departure:
The student lose the whole amount paid.
In case of anticipated departure:
There is no refund. |
