Wine Tasting
Duration: Estimated 3 hours
Description: You will learn about the DOC Campania wine. On'Aniello, an old farmer, will welcome us at his lemongrowth. We will tour his characteristic garden that reflects the typical vegetation of the area. We will then be provided with samples of his wines and explanations of the origins and differences of quality wines in the Campania region, accompanied by a typical buffet of Neapolitan gourmet products.

Olive oil tour and tasting
Duration: Estimated 3 hours
Description: Visit the oldest Olive oil manufacturers in Sorrento which is renowned for the best olive oil in the area, in fact the quality has been certified from the EU Agricultural department, of the quality control origin DOC. Explanation of the old style production compared with the new state of the art process. Tasting and shopping.

Cheese demonstration
Duration: Estimated 2 hours
Description: Nello a young expert of mozzarella cheese, will perform in two hours a class for the preparation of four kinds of local cheeses (Mozzarella, Treccia, Caciotta and Caciocavallo) starting with the fresh milk, until the final product is ready to taste.
